Mr. Templer was graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in 1987. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, graduating Cum Laude, in 1984. After joining the Florida Bar in 1988 Mr. Templer joined with Mark Hirsch to form Templer & Hirsch in 1989. He is admitted to practice in all Florida counties and Circuit Courts, the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Mr. Templer was elected to public office and served as Commissioner in the City of North Miami Beach in 2005, 2006 and 2007. He is a founding member of a statewide Personal Injury & Wrongful Death practice group and is a regular participant in a statewide Personal Injury & Wrongful Death forum. He is an E.A.G.L.E. member of the Florida Justice Association and a member of the Miami-Dade County Justice Association. Mr. Templer’s practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death. Mr. Templer has received numerous financial recoveries in excess of $1,000,000 for clients.

Mr. Templer has two (2) adult children.  He spends free time cycling, boating, exercising, grilling/smoking and attending live performances.
